Christmas Despatch Times
Non-engraved orders: Order by 10am Friday 20th December and your order will be despatched the same day.
Engraved orders: If you approve your design proof by 11am Thursday 19th December, your order will be despatched the same day. Please note that we recommend ordering engraved items by 11am on 18th December to allow sufficient time for the approval process to be completed.
UPS Standard delivery can take 3 working days for UK deliveries in the period up to Christmas. If you require it sooner then select UPS Express Saver at the checkout.
International deliveries can vary depending on the Shipping Address. We generally recommend ordering by 13th December for most regions.

Delivery Info
The vast majority of non customised (no engraving, no photo print or no gift wrap) orders will be shipped on the same day that the order is received, except at weekends and bank holidays when they will be sent on the next working day. Any orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next working day (subject to UPS restrictions e.g. exceptionally busy periods, remote areas and inclement weather).
Please note UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
Orders received on a Friday before 10am will be delivered the next working day (subject to UPS restrictions e.g. exceptionally busy periods, remote areas and inclement weather).
You can use this tool to calculate a more accurate time as to when delivery will be made. Just ensure you enter our country "United Kingdom", Post Town as "Sheffield" and Postcode of "S20 3FH". Then enter your details and submit.
If you are unable accept your delivery, it may be taken to a local UPS Access point to collect at your convenience. These UPS-affiliated retail locations are local shops - like newsagents or grocers. You will receive notification of this by UPS.
Customised Orders
Engraving
If you have requested an item to be engraved please be aware that despatch will happen up to two working days after your approval of the engraver's proof you will be emailed.
Photo Print
Items will normally be despatched within 2-3 working days.
Gift Wrap
Items will normally be despatched within 1-2 working days.

Mainland UK EU/EEA & USA customers
Orders for customers in mainland UK will be sent via our delivery partner UPS. For EU/EEA/USA customers the total price you pay (including the carriage) covers all import taxes and charges. You will NOT be asked for any further payment by UPS before delivery
