Replacements

Carrs Frame Back Replacement:

Any part of the Carrs frame back — whether velvet, black wood, or mahogany—can be replaced.
The inner part and stand can be replaced and sent out to you. However, if the entire back, including the part that is fixed to the silver, needs replacing, the full frame must be sent to us for proper fitting.

To ensure we provide the correct replacement, we need to identify the style, type, and size of your frame. Please upload an image of both the front and back of your existing frame with a ruler placed against the product to help us determine its size accurately. Once received, we will be happy to assist you further.

Frame Glass Replacement:

All glass can be replaced. We just need to identify the style and size of the frame.  Please upload and image of the front and back of your existing frame with a ruler against your product (so we can size your product) and we can help you further.

Box Replacement:

Each Carrs silver gift is presented in our own signature grey box.  If you need a replacement we just need the size of the box.

Clock Movement Replacement:

We can only replace the clock movements for the items below.  If you are unsure please upload a photo of the front of the clock and we will identify it and help you further.

Extra Plaque:

If you require an extra plaque we can supply a stainless steel plaque with double sided sticky tape on the back for you to apply wherever required.

The plaque will be completely plain so you can apply your own engraving if you wish.
